Candied Ginger
These delightful morsels of candied ginger are wonderful to eat as is. Steeped a bunch in boiling water for 4 minutes for tea, or you can boil it down to a simple syrup, refrigerate it to use in your favorite cocktail. Small batch handmade in Connecticut.
Ingredients: Ginger, Sugar, Sulphur dioxide.
