Shipping Policies
April 2025 Shipping + Processing Update
Our small team makes all of our products lovingly by hand. We do our best to ship all orders on the same business day they are received, but sometimes they just need a little extra care so please allow up to 3 business days for your online orders to ship from our Workshop. All domestic orders of $65 or more ship FREE via UPS Ground service.
You will receive the tracking information via email as soon as it leaves our hands. Please allow 1-3 business days for your orders to arrive once we ship based on how far you are from Hingham, MA. If you would like your order expedited please select Priority Express or UPS Express at checkout.
We also offer online ordering for in person pickup at checkout. Orders are generally ready for pickup the next business day, you will be alerted when your order is ready please confirm our Shop hours before arrival.

At this time we are unable to process international orders through our website. In the meantime, if you are interested in international shipping please email us at hello@notedcandles.com and we will do our best to make it happen!
Returns + Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, used candles and diffusers cannot be return or exchanged. Unused candles and diffusers may be exchanged for another scent within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items, or may exchange in person at our Workshop. In the event the products are damaged during shipping from us to you, we will refund or replacement the item within 7 days of delivery. Photographic proof must be immediately provided via email to hello@notedcandles.com.
Workshop tickets are non-refundable and not transferable. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled class, please contact us immediately and we will try to do our best to find an alternative option for you.
